Test Aqua Heroes on the Meander Primary School in Delft, Netherlands

March 22 has been declared World Water Day by the United Nations. The first World Water Day was in 1992. The day aims to raise awareness among people around the world about the importance of clean water and all the issues that arise with it. On that day in 2024, Dik Bol and Els vd IJssel of the Haarlem-Mutare twinning gave a guest lesson Aqua Heroes to twenty enthusiastic students from group 7 of the Meander primary school in Delftgauw.

In the community center the Badhuis Leidsebuurt, Leidseplein 49 Haarlem, we are organizing a game afternoon on September 28 at 14:00 with the game Aqua Heroes for children. In a playful way, children get to work with this cooperative board game to give the river a sustainable future. Workshop Aqua Heroes on the Conference Didactics Game in Utrecht, Netherlands

Wednesday, January 31, 2024, the Citylink Haarlem-Mutare participated in the Game Didactic Game conference in Utrecht for the fourth time organized by the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and Saganet. That day, teachers, pedagogical experts and other education professionals came together for an inspiring program of keynotes, workshops and the game market. 48 primary school students from the Netherlands and Belgium tested Aqua Heroes

On 16th of November at the AP University of Applied Sciences in Antwerp, was part of the “International Week” in which more than 80 students from Dutch and Belgian primary schools are participating. 2nd Mobility (Student Exchange) of our Games for Goals Project

From the 12th until the 19th  of November 2023, the 2nd Mobility (Student Exchange) of the Project Games for Goals started at AP University in Antwerp. A motivated team of teachers and 24 students from universities of applied sciences from four countries and three NGOs from the Netherlands and France to develop an educational game about biodiversity.
